A senior level executive with over 20 years of success in Human Resources, Jodi rose to the top of one of the nation’s largest tour operators, serving for more than a decade as Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer of Travel Impressions, an American Express Travel company. Her primary responsibility is to ensure the organization has the required talent to achieve its strategic objectives as well as develop and execute the Human Resources roadmap.
Her areas of focus include: talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational and performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development and employee relations.
