As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Tourism Holdings Inc., Stacy brings a wealth of strategic leadership, financial expertise and operational excellence. Her 25-year tenure with American Express prior to joining Tourism Holdings Inc. includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Travel Impressions (a subsidiary of American Express), one of the nation's largest tour operators serving destinations worldwide.
Stacy is a highly accomplished results focused leader with proven success in leading and motivating large teams of professionals to successful completion of business objectives. She is integral in developing the corporate vision and strategy. She serves as a key strategic partner to the CEO as well as all business leaders in the organization. She is responsible for enterprise wide business and financial planning, acquisitions, operational efficiencies and financial controls. Stacy is also responsible for all regulatory and legal requirements and ensures the integrity and overall compliance of the organization.
